Kelling Estate

My husband and I stayed in Brook Cottage for 5 days in November. The Cottage was in a lovely location at the edge of Kelling village surrounded by views of fields and woodland. We had taken our dog and were delighted that the garden was fully enclosed. Externally and internally the Cottage is beautifully presented. It is warm and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the fine cotton bedding. We found that the location was perfect for exploring North Norfolk. The Ship in Weybourne, a mile approximately from the cottage, served take away in the evening if you order by 3.00pm and the food was very good. Kelling estate looked after us well and we highly recommend the cottage .

We have stayed in this beautiful house many times over the years. The house is always spotless and well equipped. It has been refurbished since we last stayed and the bedrooms are lovely. The beds are sooooooo comfy. There was a welcome pack with milk, bread and local goodies. We went in the pool everyday, which again was spotless and warm. You have to book a slot to swim but a space was always available and it meant that you had the pool to yourselves. We have played tennis on the courts, again top notch, not us , the courts. There are plenty of walks around the estate. We saw deer, hares, foxes , red kites and hundreds of pheasants. The night sky is spectacular on clear nights. Holt is a mile away , great for shopping. We visited Sandringham which is about 40 mins away. There are beautiful beaches close by. Its a perfect place for a perfect holiday
