Ordered size 9 slippers, I received size 6. Very disappointed there was no returns label and have to pay for returning them myself. Will never order again

I made an order on Sunday. I paid 4 on top of 5-99 for delivery in 2/3 days. Tuesday it arrived at their depot were it stayed for 48hrs. Message Thursday will be delivered today been checking all day . Last checked there was still 57 deliveries before me! Its already 8pm! PS it was posted from a town 40minutes away from where I live! Would have only cost me 4-70 more to collect it and return ! 14-70 return on the train! unbelievable!!!!!

I was sent marketing via post from this company. I have never heard of them and never given them permission to send me any marketing. I don't know how they've found my address or information. I don't give permission to any company to send me marketing so this has been acquired illegally and goes against GDPR standards I will be looking into this and taking it further.

I posted an order and cheque with this sham company 1 month ago . I have still not received them . This could be considered as fraud ,which is illegal. I am sure the BBC and other programmes about scams will be very interested in checking them out . Do NOT do any business with them .

I ordered some tee shirts from this company. It took quite some time for them to arrive and when they finally did they were a good 8 inches bigger than any of my other clothes in the same size. I spoke to customer service and was asked to return them by post, which I did. I expected replacements measured correctly. Today I received a cheque as a refund but my postage has not been refunded. Very poor customer service considering I have paid both delivery and return costs. Will not use this company again and wouldn't recommend them at all.
