Purchased an item in November. Upon receipt it was discovered it was the wrong size. Called customer services, who told me to send the item back with the enclosed order form. And to mark on the invoice the correct item and size I required and they would send me a replacement. Now a month down the line and no replacement. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone. So lost both payment and item. Won't be using them again.

Returning is a nightmare, customer service is a premium rate number, when I got through customer service is incredibly defensive and standoffish from the start like they're expecting to get yelled at. Won't be ordering from them again.

My experience suggests that they are rip off merchants. Goods did not arrive emailed, rang the 13p per minute ((says it all) customer care line. No reply and no answer call just rang at premium rate. Glad I paid with PayPal. They opened a dispute. Even then they made it as difficult as possible. This was just for a tenner. Don't touch with a bargepole. Shame you can't give minus stars.
