- Decent systems and prices but at times extremely unreliable, e.g., lost item claims were not submitted, scheduled inbound shipments not communicated to the warehouse staff, etc., etc. - Good at always blaming someone else (either the client or their logistic partners) - Had to incur significant (unnecessary) expenses and switched provider in the end

I have used Total Fulfiment for about 1 year for my Amazon business. TF has a good software for inventory management and friendly service team. But it has very poor customer communication team and account manager. Partnering with TF has cost my business over GBP2000. In one instance, I have informed my account manager that I have a shipment coming on a Saturday, and my account manager confirmed they are ready to receive my shipment. On the agreed offloading day, I received calls from the freight forwarder and the container driver only to find out that TF has refused to take my shipment. I later found out my account manager appears to have failed to inform the warehouse that I have an incoming shipment. This communication error has cost my business GBP1,000 as I had to pay for overnight storage fee and redelivery fee. TF also has limited numbers of parcel delivery partners, which does not leave sellers with many options. The delivery firm has lost over 20% of products and TF has failed to protect sellers' rights when it comes to chasing insurance claims from the delivery company (this remains unresolved)
