HIGHLY RECOMMENDED As our business started growing we were looking for a new system to improve our picking, packing speed also the accuracy. Sent in a request through the site and was contacted by Adam who explained the system. Liking what we heard we went onto the trial version. Adam was very helpful and always at hand to answer any questions (we had many) not long after we went live. Its been 4 months with Despatch Cloud and we couldnt be more happier. We are sending out around 250-300 orders a day. Orders coming in perfect from our sales channels, stock levels pushed correctly to the sales channels, speeds and accuracy of picking and packing improved. We look foward working with Despatch cloud as we grow. The support team is very helpful any known issues are fixed straight away. Feature request are added often, they release a system update few times a month so the system keeps on improving. 10/10 for the system and support

We spent a lot of time reviewing the options to support our fast growing start up. As the CEO I am extremly pleased we chose Depatch Cloud. Matthew and the team have helped us grow, become experts in logistics, and more surprisingly have guided us through Covid, Brexit, Amazon, Shopify, Ebay and WooCommerce. Such as great team we're proud to be working with every day.

Highly recommended. After being dumped on from a great height by another provider, in the middle of Christmas orders, I was concerned that we would not be able to get a system in place before the new year. Despatch Cloud had us set up and running in 48 hours. Amazing! Big thanks to both Dan and Adam for such a quick turn around. I should also add that the system and customer support are great too!

Never known a company to go so above and beyond!. Our online presence had been decimated by another firm which I am unable to disclose but rhymes with OneCatch - but with a P not a C. Then came along Despatch Cloud I was greeted and understood within a matter of minutes and was able to rectify all our issues and had us up and running again within 24 Hours (Seriously Impressive). I want to say massive thank you to Daniel & Adam for their support!!!! We have definitely found our long term Inventory software.
