Awful. My mum wants stuff out of their catalogues. I have made lots of orders with them, but they'll say the item is in stock on their website, take your money, then when the order doesn't arrive and you call, they say they are out of stock! Currently been chasing an order made in October. 2 items were out of stock, so I asked for a refund. I pay by PayPal, but they will only send a cheque. Still not received the cheque or the rest of the order, despite me being told 2 weeks ago the partial order was on it's way! Avoid Kingstown like the plague. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have loads of different websites, but the service is the same.

Do not touch this company. They take your money but fail to deliver in the time promised by them. When you complain, they say you are being rude and put the phone down. There are plenty of other companies doing this type of business. My advise would be to use them not these people.

My elderley father ordered goods a month and half ago and cheque has been cashed. No reply to letters or telephone calls. Phone always busy and costing my father even more money. Disgusting - just a pensioner who trusted this company to deliver. Never ever use!!!
