        My Father resided at Glenfield for 18 months and I cannot thank the staff enough for the true support & devotion they share with their residents and families. I have nothing but the upmost respect for the staff, and cannot thank them enough for making my Dads last monthd a secure, safe, caring environment. It was "home" to my Dad he settled well and felt very much part of the Glenfield "family". Excellent facilities and care

        After a hip operation my Mum suffered a further fall whilst under glenfields care which I believe led to her passing. The governments covid rules did not help but leaving mum in isolation was an accident waiting to happen, I assumed she was in safe hands but apparently the physiotherapist said it was ok to leave mum isolated in a chair on a solid floor. Im not even sure if the physio has been informed all I know is our mum(Joan) is no more, rest in peace mum x
