Reasons why I think it's not a good place to work: 1. Supervisors aren't very nice in my opinion, a lot of comments get made about staff members by the supervisors and if you was to anger/annoy said supervisors or the one anyways. she would put you in a department thats hated by the majority just to assert her position/ role and dominance over you. i'm not going to say her name for privacy reasons but if you start working here you'll soon know who. 2. Having to take off gloves, boots and jacket to then walk to the break room which would take 5 mins out of your break. They should be a walking time included so that the 5 minutes don't count towards time spent on break as when i was there we only got 15 20 minutes break, however when I left there was talks of it being 2 x 30. 3. In my opinion, it was hard to work the 12hr shift as you'd be working in silence which some people might struggle coping with mentally, I did. 4. In my opinion and from what was experienced there, there was a lot of 'talking behind backs' which made working with some of the people hard to work/ communicate with. when i was there. numerous workers there I would consider bullies (not to me) that bullied other staff members. however to my knowledge 1 of them was sacked for this reason however in my opinion there is a few more. 5. The staff car park is always crammed so you'd have to arrive there at least 25 mins early. More space would be better for the workers in my opinion. 6. In my opinion, after seeing how the food is handled and treated. I wouldn't willingly eat food from here. I can't say too much as I don't want a lawsuit for defamation. lets just say in my opinion some of the conditions from the rear entrance where the loading of goods occur is dirty, in my opinion. The only redeeming factor this place has is it has a decent pay rate. That's the only redeeming factor but even then your better off working in a restaurant. some may even prefer to claim benefits rather than work here because that's how awful it is. my advise to you... stay away.
