Excellent dealer. I got my wonderful Subaru Forester Premium 2022 with the keen support from Nathan. Detailed and trustful. Haven't even looked at the vehicle myself because of the distance. I purchased a brand new Subaru Forrester Sport from Dales in February 2023 and would highly recommend this family owned dealership. The main reason being the genuinely enjoyable experience from beginning to end of the process. I was given a very fair price for my trade-in car, highly competitive new car price, stress-free, Nathan the owner put a lot of effort into securing the particular car specification I wanted and was very quick and honest in dealing with my communications. Very pleasant and professional staff. I have bought around ten high-value cars over 30 years or so and can sincerely say dealing with Dales has been the best experience of the lot. Worthy of 5 stars.
