Nipped in for a test drive They are always pleasant and helpful

Arrived to drop a friend off who had been having some work done on his vehicle. Arrived at 17:20, but despite the dealership closing at 17:30, myself and two colleagues were aggressively told by a member of staff to park on the road and not in the car park. We told the member of staff politely that we would only be a minute, which we were. Despite this, the gentleman still continued to be aggressive towards myself and others until we left. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour, especially towards women, not acceptable in any way. It was clear the gentleman involved just wanted to close up early and had no regard for paying customers. Will never be returning here for any work in the future, honestly just avoid.

Really easy process, I originally spoke with Craig who responded very quickly and was very helpful and kept in contact via watts app. when did I managed to drive the 100 miles to the showroom I met Nathan who let me take the car for a reasonable test drive. When I got back he offered me a fair price for my vehicle and I drove away 30 minutes later with a lovely used Subaru Outback. Definitely worth the 200 miles round trip and I will do it again when they have the right car for my wife. No haggling just straight forward honest price and honest trade value.
