        Was the only local builder who called when he said he would. Got the ladders out and took some pictures of the work that wanted doing and said that he would send me a quotation/ price for which he did and was excepted by me. Give me a date when he could start and turned up . Completed all the work and even left everything clean and tidy. Excellent service.

        In the first place this company were very responsive, they had come reccomended. Good call out time for a quote and not too long to wait for the work. Work carried out including a rubber roof installation. All seemed OK. Paid for the work. Never recieved the guarantee that they sold with the type of rubber roof installed, and then have since been having issues with running water and although they responded to come back out have subsequently avoided us and still no gaurentee. Avoid is my advice......quick to take your money but not check in the quality of the work. I have a long email trail and numerous attempted calls, the work was carried out now about 9 months ago and I've been chasing them ever since!
