STAY AWAY after a 3 hour drive which i was told would be worth it for me .i then had to view down a dirty back alley which rang alarm bells the images I viewed online were nothing like the vehicle that I saw .it was scratched & dented. which they tried to say were age related marks .The interior was absolutely filthy .the bonnet had to be held up .there was no paperwork which i was told there was over the phone .I am so angry that people think that they can be so dishonest. I would NOT recommend

Bought a Ford mondeo from this garage. The advert for the car stated that the bodywork and interior was in excellent condition, which okay fair enough its an 11 year old car. It will have some age related marks, but you cant go round stating the car is in excellent condition when the wing mirror is taped on, the headlight is not even bolted in properly and under further investigation needs a 250 quid headlight due to the brackets are snapped off. The rear bumper is hanging off and the car looks like its been washed with a brick. Thats not excellent condition or age related marks is it. Also saying the car comes with full history, no history with the car what so ever. So would make selling the car in the future quite difficult. It was just a totally false and miss selling add. Seen a few reviews of people saying exactly the same thing. I dont know what this garages idea of an excellent condition car is but its certainly not what they think it is. Would I buy or recommend another car to anyone from this garage. Absolutely not. Drove 140 miles for a car thats literally not even close to the standard they said it was. I would avoid personally.

Great overall service, hassle free purchase. Spoke over the phone at first was told everything I wanted to know, went down to view the car and was as explained. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be checking here first when wanting another car! Thanks everyone at J A Motors

STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!! STAY CLEAR at all costs!!! Absolutely disgraceful company, never have I ever came across a more unprofessional, dodgy, falsifier of a company. Upon inquiring about a vehicle I was told the car was mint absolutely stunning and worth the 4 HOUR trip I would have to undertake to view the car. However 5 minutes before getting to the original address I was given they called to change the destination, I had to meet them in only what I can describe as a back alley, dark and unlit which was my first red flag, and it only got worse as upon inspection of the car I noticed it was badly damaged down the back wing (which was not mentioned prior) he blamed this on age related mark which was comical, the car was also covered in marks and dinks, the side mirror was smashed, the brakes had gone, interior was disgusting, as well as many many more problems, they also weren't able to provide proof of apparent work that had been previously done on the vehicle! Vile disgusting people, fabricating lies in order to lure people in to buy their cars, they should feel ashamed of themselves, but I suppose they'd actually have to be decent people in order to feel any sort of guilt!
