Agreed to attend but after waiting for several hours didn't attend. Wouldn't answer phone so fed up I sent a text asking him not to bother. Wasted my day.

Unfortunately can't recommend this business. They rescheduled original appointment date, arrived to first job of the day with not enough water in the van asking to use our water to top-up his tank, and were unable to finish the job but still charged 90% of the top max charge amount for 30 minutes. He blamed problem to be with Yorkshire Water and that he will report it to them immediately. 5h later, when I called him to confirm it, said he called them. I called Yorkshire Water and was informed nothing reported, so had to do it myself. When Yorkshire Water specialist arrived, described the work carried by RFBM as 'con job', because A) he was trying to jet in the wrong direction causing more mess with 'stuff' from neighbors drainage coming over and causing more blockage; and B) the manhole he used belong to Yorkshire Water, it's not private so shouldn't have been touching it at all just to charge extra, but instead just charge for arrival (the minimum) and report it to Yorkshire Water to sort it, and YW would do the rest for free. Anyway that's how YW specialist described it when arrived and saw what was done, and I believe he should know what he's talking about. Yorkshire Water van arrived from different job, yet still with enough water to unblock main manhole on the road + 2 other manholes and gutter with water to spare where RFBM struggled with one on the first job of the day. Tried to call Nick (who carried RFBM work) and he passed me to his boss. Spoke with Joseph (boss) who promised to attend in person with Nick for learning/review purpose and offer refund if apply. Unfortunately, none of them showed up on said day and time. I tried to call both, both numbers went to voicemail. Left voicemail with boss - never heard back. I was trying to support local business, Google came with several websites all belonging to the same company - RFMB. As advised by Yorkshire Water Man - if you have a blocked drain problem, you're better to call Yorkshire Water first even if it's just for a quote, and you'll be better of, because even if manhole is on property boundaries, it may still be YW responsibility if used for more than 1 property.
