I took a bmw x5 for a battery drain and a outside handle repair, they broke the central locking on the car and tried to insinuate it came in like this they bust the door panel on the drivers side bodging it on with a huge ( not meant to be there washer ) they ordered a second hand panel all torn leather and scratched up thinking somehow this was acceptable had the car in the workshop for over a week overall and the battery drain wasnt within there capabilities
They eventually refunded us what the cost was but I still have to source a door panel and the cost is well over 1000 pounds overall it was a bitter experience and they did a similarly poor job on an Audi s3 we took in there I personally wont be taking any of our vehicles there ever again !!
