I have purchased a BDI Corridor 8173 from Optimum Int. in August 2020. Great assistance and follow up, amazing availability of the team. I had to import the package in France during COVID restrictions... the sales teams organized evetything, game me all the information I needed. They were very patient and helpful and the price was VERY competitive. I'm very happy with my BDI Corridor and will definitly purchase again with Optimum Int. if i have the opportunity to do so. Purchased a high-end AV cabinet from Optimum - a long owned family business in October 2020. Manufactured by BDI in America ('Ola' model). I could not be more delighted with the product and the truly excellent customer service from Justin. The cabinet was very well packaged with quality protection. They supplied exact samples (glass doors and wood finish) of the cabinet to me free of charge and without obligation, having first viewed on their website as they do not have a traditional showroom as such. Kept me informed on the transit arrangements and anticipated delivery date as it was imported from America. Viewing, purchases and collection can be made at their distribution centre or delivered. Highly recommended.

I know good furniture and Optimums BDI products reallyare top quality. Fantastically constructed and finished, they are ridiculously heavy and super robust yet super stylish at the same time. In my opinion there is not better furniture at this price point. Delivery & installation was seamless and I can not recommend highly enough. Amazing service from first contact to sitting down & enjoying the products in my home. You can buy from these guys with absolute confidence

These good looking gold and glass stands have long enhanced the sound of my Rogers LS 3/5A bookshelf monitor speaker. When I needed a replacement column for one of the stands, the company couldn't have been more helpful (thanks Karen) and the replacement arrived promptly and well packaged. Highly recommended.
