The most amazing price of kit if you own a campervan! Or if you don't! So simple to erect and dismantle by yourself. The glawning oozez quality and the stove makes it so warm and perfect on a chilly evening. Best money I've spent in a long time, would not hesitate in recommending these guys. Amazing

The Items i ordered never arrived despite, emails, phone calls and text messages so I had to cancel the order, staff incredibly rude over the phone and they told me if you email them via their website emails go to a trash folder? very poor customer service. Following Glawings reply I think I need set the record straight as it appears they do not wish to sate all the facts. First I did not refuse delivery, delivery was never made. Second, the dispatch information given was incorrect and I sent the company a copy of the note from Parcel force to prove that. Their response was "couriers some time tell lies". The final guaranteed delivery today and the goods never arrived and I have the text from Glawning and the details from Parcel force to prove that. Why don't you guys just tell the truth for once? Your office also confirmed that emails sent to you often go straight to trash and you have known about this for some time. When I did speak to a member of your team they were very rude on the phone, something that I feed back and you fail to acknowledge in your response. Throughout this whole sorry mess you and you company failed to take ownership of any of the issues and just kept blaming everyone else. If you cant handle a delivery with out being rude and giving incorrect information how will you react when there is a real problem or someone needs to make a return? You failed to deliver the goods, your staff are incredibly rude and I don't like the cavalier way you handle customers personal information that's why the order was cancelled. Also ill remind you about your responsibilities under GDPR, posting personal sensitive information is an offence. You run a very unprofessional company. In response to Glawning regards GDPR its not about posting a customers name online, its how you use customers personal data. You collect personal data for a transaction only and should not use it for other purposes. That's what will get you into trouble. Bottom line is you are incredibly unprofessional and aggressive. Don't forget the message you sent me saying you wanted to "see me face to face" You are definitely someone not to do business with.
