        3 different keys cut. Took just 10 minutes. Reasonable price. All 3 keys fit well and turn smoothly in the locks.

        Scanned the keys, took payment, took ten minutes, then said we cant cut any of your keys. Why scan the keys then go ahead if they couldnt do it? Needless to say after being on hold for another five minutes my refund will take 3 business days. Tried it once. Terrible. Never again.machine in b and q.

        It is a dying business getting a key cut. I went to three places and they were all shut down. Had to bite the bullet and use the place that mends shoes. The two keys they cut did not work, one of them would not even go in the padlock never mind turn. I have used these new machines before and they were spot on.
