They where nice and polite understanding of what was needed.
We booked with them on the 4th for them to start on the 7th.
Come the day they did not turn up in the morning like planned. The phone was turned off. so we where left in the dark.
The cons,
They need to work on their communication. (slow or not informative)
Their phone is turned off a lot.
Apparently there phone was not working. They had a van problem.
They did not tell us of the problems till late afternoon. To which I had booked someone else to do the job.
I wish these guys the best. I hope they look at this review as a point to improve there company.
Communication is king.
