        Jim is nice talking guy. Went to view a used electric forklift. He explained well and promised to fix minor issues before despatch. I changed my 5 to 2 because of Jim, he didn't keep his commitment. We agreed the price and had hand shake, mean deal is final. I requested him to send his bank details for deposit but he never send me. And he sold same forklift to someone else for more money without letting me know. Don't trust him please.
