        Very unprofessional specially the person answer the phone working on service department on Ford Keighley. Unacceptable behaviour no good manners and right conduct is an ignorant.If anybody of you wanted to buy a car and having a service dont go with this company.Very rude he really thinks he owned the ford company.

        Absolutely appalling customer service, avoid this place at all costs (Kia and Mazda as bad). The only thing worse than the reception is the workshop.
