        I contacted Concept 2 as my rower needed a service, Concept 2 informed me that unfortunately they dont do servicing, however, put me in touch with Conceptrus. I contacted the team to explain the issues I was having with my rower, and they was more than happy to help. A service engineer came and serviced my rower and they even cleaned it too!! My rower is working like a brand new rower. I would highly recommend this company, the service was timely (an hour) and the cost was reasonable. From start to finish these guys have been 100%

        Called conceptrus after 1 hour trying to get concept 2 working after changing batteries, spoke to Roy and after 30 seconds it was working again , highly recommend.
