I wouldn't even put 1star Table of 10 The place is nice and I'm sure the food would of been aswell but we had to leave. Due to the lady in the play area being the rudest person in service You cater to children so act like it

Absolutely disgusted. Children refused entry to the play area for being too tall (at the ripe old age of 8) and would have been OK if the lady working in there was even remotely polite. We were with 2 disabled children and a toddler as well as 3 other kids (which naturally meant a little bit of chaos). When the youngest ran off a little eager into the play area, we were shouted at and told to get him under control. I have never been spoken to in such a way by a member of staff anywhere let alone a place that is "child friendly". This place ia a disgrace to the Brewers Fayre name. Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly, staff rude to both children and adults.

Very rude staff in play area not at all friendly shouting children for not wearing socks not happy food was ok
