        I have been looking for a brand that has a wide variety of sizes, decent pricing and a quality to match the price point and Brook Taverner is it. I ordered 2 suits and a couple of shirts and was excited for them to arrive. Due to the Black Friday rush, there were some delays to my shipping and the customer care team kept me informed every step of the way. This is a brand that has recently won me over and plan to place a few more orders now. A special mention must go to Rachel in the customer care team who went above and beyond to deliver a customer service experience on a par with brands that charge a lot more for the products. Thanks Rachel.

        Ordered Sapphire Dinner Suit, 38 waist trouser measured 37.5 on full expansion, and 35.5 ins on buttons, re ordered 40 inch waist, labelled 40, measured 42 and 44 on expansion. Not great to receive a pair of trousers with the baggy knees already in, a mark on the left knee and tram-line pressed. 200 reduced to 100 for Made in China trousers with the B T label that fit like a pair of track- suit bottoms. Be prepared to be bombarded with lots of promotion emails, which still continue even after you unsubscribe. It is now becoming a nuisance, I will never ever use this company again as so much has changed, re quality since we last bought from them. Poor Made in China quality.
