Brought a highway star 2.5 4x4 off this guy , lovely clean motor very professional , kept in contact from start to finish , even after sales , cant fault him one bit ! Even had my private plates made and posted them too me , definitely recommend Worthside motors and will definitely buy another from him if i want a newer model in the future . 5 star service - thank you

Recently purchased a Honda Stepwagon Spada from Imran (no surname revealed). The car appeared to have serious computer faults within 5 months of purchase. Reported a number of other issues since receiving the vehicle in October which were reluctantly solved slowly. Called again in February/March to report fault with the media unit and they didn't want to know me any more and blocked my phone number. This unit was playing up due to a major fault in the computer system when the car wouldn't start since the beginning of March which was only rectified this week by a Honda Japan import specialist costing me 1000's in costs plus car hire charges, insurance etc. This guy didn't want to know me anymore and blocked all my numbers since reporting this fault. According to consumer law if a fault appears within 6 months (whether you have a warranty or not), it's the dealers responsibility to get this repaired. Since passing all this information to a legal team, it has been concluded that Worthside Motors is in the wrong and can be legally challenged. A case against this company is in the process of being filed. All evidence gathered is pointing towards a reckless car trader.

Starts of ok, seemed very helpful car meant to had 12 months MOT only 6, not serviced as told, no screen wash in the tank none at all. Plus no under seal. Main Problem was on very 1st time on a run , the drivers wing mirror moved all over the place plus the unit (eclectic in out and the mirror it self did not move. Says his name is Imran: No surname on anything or anywhere. Wonder why. Anyway he was told of problems, not interested at all. A unit was found in Japan he was given the details asked to pay for it, he refused. The mirror had been un plugged why?? when connected it just kept going in and out nonstop, it was clearly disconnected for 1 reason, he knew. All I wanted was this fault mirror replaced. It has been now and court action has been taken. The Judgement is in my favor. All he had to do was correct replace the faulty mirror. HE REFUSED , so anyone check all. His invoice no vat or surname on, also he did not want to send me a proper invoice, he took a pic and sent that, not very professional.
