        Drove over 40 miles today (01-04-2023) to see the Toyota Urban Cruiser ( BF60 MYT) . Probably the worst 2nd hand car I have ever seen on a forecourt. Walked away without even putting the key in the ignition. Drivers side has had a repair paint job that was done outside in the dark by a blind man and the boot was full of water under the carpet. The rear seats were really damp and smelly. Asked the Salesman how long they have had it in stock and he said about a month.... which is strange as the YouTube vid they have online is dated November 2022. I hate being lied too.

        We travelled an hour and a half each way to look at a small Volkswagen mid-January. It's always a risk going so far to look at a fairly old/cheap car as you can still waste a whole weekend day if it turns out not to be "as described". Thankfully, HM Automotive were a pleasure to deal with and the car we found (and bought!) was as described in the advert, with accurate photographs. The level of customer service was also excellent, they even phoned me back with a quick question/query I had 10 days after buying the car. So to summarise, 5/5 stars - thoroughly recommend an honest, independent business. Thanks HM Automotive! Ade P.
