Sabre Stairlifts

When my mum could no longer use the stairs in her home we decided to hire a stairlift.The whole team were amazing from the telephone team, the engineers who fitted the stairlift and after nearly two years the engineers who removed the stairlift. I would recommend this company to anyone especially as we couldnt afford to buy at the time and leasing was a fantastic opportunity. Thank you for an excellent, professional service.

Sabre stairlifts installed a stairlift at my parents house, service was excellent. When my father passed away, before Christmas and I contacted sabre explained the situation, the admin person was very understanding. I understood there was a final payment and I was happy to pay. Because it gave my father the freedom and mobile he needed. Thank you.

Not sure what to make of this company, rang them initially to find out what cover they gave and the woman said we have 24 hr cover 365 days a year. On further contact with the salesman it turns out to be 24hr phone cover, repair cover is office hrs only mon-sat. No bank holidays or weekends. A bit misleading. Salesman was a bit tight on information and only provided answers to direct questions when pressed. Not a good start, await the next instalment ....

Im in utter shock and disbelief about this firm I care for a lady whom was my best friend also sadly she recently passed away I phoned the company remove stairlift but they refused until we pay 495 the stairlift has never been used as it was fitted whilst my friend was in hospital was paid 335 upfront but still demanding 495 disgraceful and refusing to take it away until we have paid This company is heartless and dont lay down all the facts before purchasing please be aware when using them!!!!!!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone, I had a rented stairlift installed and it was fine till it broke down!!! Now considering their brochure says " peace of mind! In the unlikely event of a breakdown, all of our installations are covered by our network of strategically located engineers situated throughout the UK, and we have engineers ON CALL 24 HOURS A DAY should the need arise", they left my 92 year old father 50 hours before an engineer could call, I think this is really really shocking.
