Food is very good, but the customer service is terrible. Yesterday I ordered steamed fish as I am gluten free, and when this order was relayed to a member of the serving staff she swore very loudly so that I heard her. "You must be ******* joking!" She was stood at the counter when she said it, so clearly wanted me to hear. I think this is an appalling way to treat people and I won't be returning. I am a local person and will not be recommending this fish and chip shop to anyone. Dietary restrictions: Being able to order steamed fish was a very good option for gluten- free customers.
