Pizza's arrived all soggy. I'm pretty sure they're not like this in Italy. Maybe stop putting foil underneath them in the box and they won't sweat so much

Really enjoy their Parmesans just ask them to add extra cheese and herbs so it doesnt taste to bland. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I ordered the Papa Tonino's special pizza which was supposed to have meatballs on it. The meatballs had been substituted for Tuna. I don't like Tuna. This ruined the whole pizza. Plus it was soggy. Disgusting.

Not impressed at all. Over 6 for pizza. I found it very bland. There was no garlic (that I could taste) no basil/oregano herbs etc. Bolognese pizza had a spoonful of Bolognese on scattered around and most of it was just dough. I complained and got a replacement but it was undercooked even though I asked for it to be well done after the other wasn't cooked properly. After complaining again I was told it was just not to my taste. There wasn't any taste except for cardboard flavor.

I've always enjoyed food from this place, and I thoroughly dislike to leave businesses bad reviews. Tonight I ordered a pizza and it turned up just over an hour later than it was supposed to, and it was clap cold. I sent it back and to their credit they quickly sent another - again that was not only cold but clearly undercooked. It's a shame but I won't order from them again for a year or two.
