brilliant service as always. Norman Atkins have serviced my boiler for years and today was a whole new challenge, gas fir that hasn't been lit for 13 years. Not only is it in full working order, it looks like new. Thank you for your patience in sorting that one out and still with a smile.

Norman Atkins recently installed a new electric boiler system and storage tank for us, quite different to what most households have in terms of setup typically for gas central heating and hot water. The team were great at liaising with us, advising where necessary at various stages before the install itself, and also building on info we found out along the way in terms of the limitations / requirements of our property. The system works great, everything was installed neatly and to a high standard - much recommended!

Just want to say a massive thanks to Chris for his work on fitting our new boiler. We shivered through the day and then basked in the heat all night wonderful. Polite and extremely knowledgable, worked hard and cleaned up. Atkins are definitely our go to people for all plumbing jobs. Well done on beating the snow Chris! Stephen and Sue
