        Disgusting customer service. Would not accept a return of unworn boots because of minor scuffing (duh, they're boots, people try them on in store) and "I'd clearly put the tags back on" (I have no idea how you'd do that). Extremely rude lady then pretended to phone the area manager, as if this was a rehearsed routine. Meanwhile Mountain Warehouse accepted my return of boots that fell apart within a month of use. I'll be going there in future.
