My daughter took her Qashqai in to have a fault identified. They didn't fix the fault, but told her she needed 3 new tyres and a new rear wiper blade. The car passed it's mot 4 weeks ago, so not true.

Bought New X Trail 23/3/20. A problem occurred on 20/2/23 warning lights etc car going into limp mood , Rang service at Colin Appleyards Keighley to try to book in for to get problem sorted , Service Manager said cant book in until April , I explained Warranty ran out on 23/3/23 he said I would have to pay for problem sorting after that , so luckily rang a Bristol St Motors Bradford , got warranty work sorted within a week, which was Great, so Colin Appleyards not at all helpful , Shall not be buying any New Motors of this so called company again . They were great when I was buying this 30 k motor , so after sales service o star rating

Only really use for parts, however ordered some Nissan parts as they are my local Nissan parts dealer couple gaskets and a relay 77, needed the same parts the next week for another customer and couldnt get through all morning so thought Id ring Leeds main dealer got the same parts direct from Nissan main dealer in Leeds 23, been using them now instead and they are almost always constantly 60% cheaper at least, I understand there is business costs but the markup is ridiculous.
