The reply mentions nothing about his attitude or an apology to myself, I did let him in to see the work even though I did not get warned that they where turning up (despite him having my contact details and has previously contacted me) and due to the attitude problem he was asked to leave more than once, he then persisted with his attitude outside causing as scene as he left.
Even though I had appointments today and a busy schedule I was more than happy to let them in to see the issue.
