We sold our house using Martin and Co and before we sold the house Martin and Co managed the property that was let to tenants. We have been very pleased with the letting and selling services. Shehzad Ahmed helped sell the property and Angela was our point of contact when we let it. They were both very good keeping us informed and dealt with any issue that arose. This is my second review for this company but credit where credit is due they are fantastic to work with. If you need managing agents I would highly recommend them. Angela Nicholson has recently taken over as my property coordinator and I've found her to be excellent, super friendly, full of helpful advice, certainly knows her job and extremely quick to get back to me. She's really helped me through a bit of a stressful time. Really happy with the service. Well worth the fees charged which are highly competitive.
