I have obtained holiday insurance in the past via the internet, but this time I have used this company. The service was excellent and it was reassuring to have that one to one contact, knowing that if any problems arise I can speak to someone on the doorstep and not having to make contact with a faceless person on the internet or phone. The cost of the insurance compared favourably with internet providers and the service was friendly and efficient. I will certainly use J.L. Bailey Insurance Brokers again.

We use JLB for our professional indemnity which is often quite specialist, James speedily found the right insurer. Much better to have someone on the end of a phone who understands what you actually need, would highly recommend.
