Really disappointed with macs in keighley since it update its diner it'd gone down hill drastically from the food to the staff. Food is always cold under cooked or looks like its been thrown about (I know it's fast food but at least it could be warm), staff are on there phones or avoiding customers, talking in there own language in front of the customer which makes u think its about them, managers have no control over there staff think this place either needs shutting down or revamping of staff that don't think it's a playground for them to hang out in!!

The attitude of the staff and management is disgraceful. The quality of the food has also dropped significantly. Wait times for basic meals is also unacceptable when its not even busy.
