Used them twice. First time they took a job on but then decided they couldnt do it, they didnt advise, I had to call to collect. Poor customer service. Second time, item framed was contaminated both inside and outside the frame, we took it back, very positive reception, great. When collecting, just the opposite, discourteous and unhelpful. Lessons to be learnt here.

Spent 8 on a piece of picture glass but was treated as if I had spent hundreds. Cheerful, rapid service which made me feel very valued. I will definitely return if I have any picture framing needs. Thank you.

The service i must say was on point, the best place for bespoke framing regardless the size or the style, truly amazed at the quality and uniqueness of products. Mirrors and picture frames really stand out in my hallway and living room looks complete. Thanks Guys.
