We worked with Story to create a customer testimonial film and they exceeded our expectations in every way. Jimi took the time to understand what we wanted from the testimonial and made suggestions to make it even better. His empathetic, conversational style meant that our interviewee was comfortable throughout the filming, which definitely comes across in the finished product. I must say that story Film & Photography are very professional in their approach and customer service.I have found that Jimi director of the company is very understanding of the needs of the customer and I highly appreciate his recommendation.The film produced was of High quality.I managed to negotiate a reduced price which were far cheaper than any other company his competitors wheather in Yorkshire or Lancashire.Highly recommended.
