        Initially said warranty was one year. Then when I came to get a replacement as a cheap bulb failed they claimed it was a 5,000 hour warranty. They assumed I'd used it for more than 5,000 hours when I hadn't. Pretty unprofessional and deceitful/disingenuous. Won't be using them ever again. All for 2 or 3 quid. Pretty low.

        It's a shame there isn't a branch in Bradford, always found them to have everything I need and a hell of a lot cheaper. Staff are knowledgeable on products especially when you need that "thing me jig". Oh yes and they have nice coffee to go. See you guy's on Saturday again

        Been going to cravens for years. The staff are always helpful. They usually have what I need in stock, if not they will order it in. I recon its a good little electrical supplier.
