Lady on the phone just cut me off not bloody listening to what Im saying been talking about 2 issues and shes been listening to one issue all that time and goes to me no appointments available and then when I said what about another issue she goes oh you didnt tell me that, hun yes I did honestly fix up you need to do your job properly after all that she goes you want a appointment I go yes and GUESS WHAT SHE DID! HANGED UP how pathetic is that she cant even do her job properly hun you need a new job fix up!!!!!

Long wait on phone then to talk to such a rude staff who was predicting what I was going to say before I even tried telling her why I called. When I said let me explain why I called she wasnt interested and just wanted get off the phone quick as possible. These staff members need to learn some communication skills its not Pakistan where you fob off anyone you want.
