My child while is 7 had a emergency appointment with 101 as I couldnt get a appointment for 2 weeks from mydentist so I had to travel all the way to Harrogate to be told his gum is severely infected now but as soon as that clears with antibiotics he will need a tooth removed as soon as possible so I finally made a appointment at my dentist for tooth a removal who have decided to charge me as my actual dentist is private now. Soon as I got in they told me it will be for a check up as I require more time to remove the tooth yet I made it clear he needs a tooth removed asap but they completely refused to listen and now again Im waiting for another appointment back to square 1 with the jokes. Nothing but a joke and nothing is more important than money for these pathetic of an excuse of a company. Rude staff always number 7 in the call que leave a message and hopefully someone will ring you when your in your grave otherwise they will make the most pathetic excuses for you to pay for appointments that you dont need yet when you need a emergency appointments dont exist STAY CLEAR

Wouldnt give 1 star but unfortunately cant give less than this 2 leave a review. I, like many others contacted the practice manager 3 weeks ago...still havent recieved a reply from him. If the practice manager is like this what can u expect from the staff? Each time i ring i have 2 wait at least 30+ minutes even if i am number 1 in the queue. N there is no silver lining after the call is answered. All thy want is your money...they are not interested in providing any dental care. So unfortuate as it was a decent dental practise once upon a time

Worst dentist ever!! Will happily take Ur money and let you and your children die in infection and pain and will try and prolong removing the problem just so you keep booking appointments privately and paying for them to just look at Ur theeth robbing disgraceful!! Avoid at all cost!!
