Avoid! rang numerous times in agony due to a tooth infection couldn't give me a sooner appointment then 2weeks away even though 111 said they have a duty of care too see me within 24hours. Arrived at my appointment 2week later for root canal to be told my dentist is off sick and claimed they tried to call me I had no calls or voicemails it took 2hours to get there and childcare arrangements. I explained I've been in agony and told the next availability would be 18days away. Ended up loosing my tooth as the emergency dentist said the infection had grown so big it couldn't be saved.

First time at Plum Dental today. They seemed to be the only dentist in the area taking on new patients. The receptionists and nursing staff are nice and welcoming, and my new dentist was great. Really happy I managed to get in there

After being to many dentist, this one by far is the best one in keighley, all the staff are so polite and lovely, my dentist is so kind and understanding and is always making sure all my needs are met no matter how small or large, they even managed to get my false teeth made and fitted within 2 weeks of registering in the middle of lockdown I wont be going anywhere else ever again.
