        Thank you, thank you. Walked in freaking at a stupid problem with my laptop. As someone with severe mental health issues I was in melt down. The guys reaction was so relaxed and polite. Fixed the problem there and then for me. This could have been a very bad situation for me, but their speedy response and knowledge helped more than they can understand.

        Absolutely wonderful! I had a problem with my laptop, googled "Fix Laptop near me" and top of the list was Computer Gentle - and I've very glad it did. Spoke to Rukun who explained what he could do to help, estimate of how much it would cost and timescales. Did everything he said he would, fixed my laptop, got my data, charged me a very fair price and is just an all round wonderful guy!
