        My 10 year old daughter ordered 2 items for a Xmas gift in October and was marked as despatched on 23rd October. Still waiting a month on. Replied once to my 5 emails and when I phoned basically didn't care one iota. Very unprofessional and I now have to tell my daughter she has lost her money. Avoid Avoid Avoid this rip off company. I will be taking this further. How can you pay for goods and not receive them?? Very disappointing.
