This has some good products but when I got my some for free last month I wanted to try it out and I don't like it but now it has taken the money out my account without telling me and won't let me log in it and I click forgot password and it says that there is no account with this email but i go to my email and I got a bunch from them like order is in it way I am trying to get a refund but there won't answer back to be honest I am fuming

Great product, have been using Vidrate for a few months now and my energy levels are much improved. You add the powders into water, lovely fruit taste without any sugar. Making water easier to drink. Customer service couldn't be better. The subscription service is excellent, you get a discount if you subscribe.

I have been using Vidrate for months now, it's definitely the best way to wake up. I have my coffee then my Vidrate berry drink, every single morning. It's so easy to order and if you subscribe you can have your drinks delivered so you never run out, you also save money by subscribing.

ViDrate is great! Their hydration sachets taste so good and do not have a powdery texture once dissolved in water like I expected they would:)! Easy to dissolve in water, very good product for hydration and other purposes, THEY ARE ALSO VEGAN!!

I tried the free samples before making purchases. I'll start with the negatives before moving onto the positives. 1) I'm normally a big fan of passionfruit and tropical drinks but these varieties have a very diluted flavour - almost like drinking weak squash. The passionfruit barely comes through and it leaves a sour, bitter aftertaste. Even inserting a couple of my own sweetener tabs had no impact on the taste. Would avoid. 2) The mixed berry and strawberry+lime combinations were fantastic. Really hits the spot and quite refreshing. 3) Like the timer bottle. Nice sturdy build and useful reminders to hydrate yourself. The deliveries were prompt and the pricing is decent, especially with the various discounts available. Also nice to support a local business. Would recommend !
