Brows- Enhancing Natural Beauty

Walked in to have eyebrows threaded. Shop was empty but was told to go to their other shop by Nationwide! Wasn't told why it couldn't be done in the shopping centre branch. Won't go back!

I never leave Google reviews but the lady in charge was so rude to me. She insulted me, told me my eyebrows were patchy and said have you been plucking ? I have full thick eyebrows and no one had told me this before. She had such an unpleasant and rude demeanour. Then the card machine didn't work, I was sat waiting for 10 minutes and asked if I could bank transfer instead and they said no. Eventually it worked but I wouldn't recommend to anyone. im not just being a karen it's really bad there, steer clear Service: Eyebrow threading

Please please WARNING DON'T EXPEND YOUR MONEY!!!!! IN THIS BROWS SHOP... IT'S WASTED OF YOUR TIME!!!!! -------------------------------------------------------------- The worst place to get your eyebrows done. The witches are absolutely lazy. I've been going to this Brows shop for almost 3 to 4 years they were pretty good before but now they're cutting their slack they're absolutely lazy and the service is absolutely poor. this shop should be closed by now goodbye you stupid brows. ---------------------------------------------------------- If you want to go and get your eyebrows threaded done please go to Superdrug's and it's cheap is 5.. ---------------------------------------------------------- Service: Eyebrow threading

I come here occasionally, very variable service, today was abysmal. Eyebrow wax was very basic, no shaping or tidy up. Staff talked in a foreign language & giggled with each other all the way through my visit, didn't even speak with me. Won't use again. Service: Waxing
