Terrible service opening hours are ridiculous

I know we are in the middle of a crisis but I have tried 3 times to deposit money and there are always long queues.Why is there reduced opening times? If it safe to operate it should be open as normal and cleaning can be done when closed. Lloyds Banking Group made about 600m last year they can afford some increased costs to give good service to their financially depressed customers

Service poor slow often paying in machine not working and long queues. Staff mixed some helpful some not. I wouldn't advise any LGBTQ+ person to use as some staff members have issues if you are out and proud. Don't try to telephone no one answers
