When it's open, it's okay for a bank, but THANK GOD for the Post Office as depositing cash is sooooo much easier.

Been with this bank for years. I will be moving now, no direct contact available and the opening hours are beyond a joke.

I am with this back because they are very understanding with people who have mental health issues and great service and great on advice as well even though this tuff time we are all going through thank you Lloyd bank staff.

One competent (but unable to actually do anything because of the way the bank system works) employee is the only thing stopping this being a one-star review. I've been trying to get added to an existing online business banking account for 2 years now. Had to post off proof of identity documents, which they then took so long to look at that they asked for another set because one of them was no longer less than 3 months old, then took a year to receive an authentication card, then had to go in to branch to get a reader, then had to ring up and get a PIN posted out (which went to the wrong address, despite them getting me to confirm the address to them over the phone as part of security), now it turns out I need to go back in to branch to validate the PIN on the card (each trip is 50 miles). The staff in the branch mostly respond with "you need to sort it out over the phone" and the staff on the phone say "you need to sort it out in branch". It's no wonder the likes of Starling are popular
