        Banked with Yorkshire for over 30 years .One lady in there is very unhelpful and after my experience today we arenow looking into switching our money and mortgage to another bank where you can actually speak to some one ( They are behind a screen after all)

        I needed help regarding a holiday I had booked with Shearings who have sadly gone into administration. A very helpful member of staff (sorry I don't know her name) spent a great deal of time doing her very best to help me. I am very grateful. Thank you so much.

        The few staff that are at the branch are unprofessional, give the impression they lack customer service training, the 'senior staff' are abrupt & discourteous. I intend to move my account as soon as 'lockdown' is over.
