Every week I have had lunch from Gregg's and every single week they have nothing on display in the hot section and it's shocking, to say just as the lunch time rush is about to start, and the staff clearly have no idea what is going on. Gregg's needs a clear out

Got a regular and a pasty,, they tried to over charge me (not the deal price) when I challenged them the person I believe to be a manager responded in very rude and arrogant manor it's 30p more for a large coffee,,,, I pointed out it was a regular coffee I had actually got,,,her response was next customer At that point I also pointed out that there advertisement says any hot drink?? Not regular so in fact a large drink should be included in the deal,,,,next customer next next next was her only response rude rude rude

There is three stores in Keighley. No 5* as they increased prices after all them got renovated.
