        I had a very bad experience here today.I brought a chocolate cake and I asked salesman to write some thanksgiving note he Couldnt do that properly and he said he will give new one, then he called supervisor.The supervisor was rude and he asked me to take that cake instead of new one then he started shouting in front of other customers eventually all staffs are shouting at me.poor customer service and unprofessional behavior.I have purchased cakes before from Nafees but never had a situation like this.

        Excellent service by these guys. Go to place for Asian sweets etc. Called in late when they just about to close, and sorted me out.
